Direct Call Pros is a local-first auto glass service network serving central Pennsylvania — Lancaster, York, Harrisburg, Reading, and Lebanon counties. We connect drivers with same-day windshield repair, replacement, and mobile glass service from vetted local technicians.

Most national auto glass chains route your call to a call center hundreds of miles away, then dispatch a contractor who shows up two days later. We're built to be fast and local. When you call us, you're talking to someone who knows central PA, knows your insurance carrier's process, and can dispatch a tech to your home or office the same day in most cases.

How it works

Call us or fill out the quote form on any page. We'll ask three quick questions: your vehicle make and model, the type of damage, and your insurance carrier. If your policy includes comprehensive glass coverage (most PA policies do), we bill your insurance directly — you pay nothing or just your comprehensive deductible. If you're paying out of pocket, we quote you a flat price upfront so there are no surprises when the tech arrives.
